Very efficient. Explained what they were doing and what to do after tooth extractions. I was quite anxious but the... dentist was very reassuring, made sure I didn't have any pain. Got the tooth extractions done quickly and painlessly. I was very happy with my treatment. It's been 5 days since my treatment and everything is fine.read more

Had a wisdom tooth pulled out today, everyone was very helpful, I was a few minutes late but they still made an effort... to see me anyway. Emma and Sarah especially were brilliant, very approachable and patient as I explained I have a bit of anxiety around dentists from a previous experience when I was a kid. They explained the whole process and made it virtually pain free. The extraction was very quick as well. Overall as good an experience as can be considering it's literally pulling out teeth. 10/10 would recommend!read more

I had my first visit to this dental practice today for a tooth extraction and couldn’t have asked for a better... experience. From the moment I arrived, the receptionists were warm, welcoming, and professional, which immediately put me at ease. I actually arrived early for my appointment and was pleasantly surprised to be seen ahead of schedule.Emma and Emma were both fantastic, friendly, reassuring, and highly professional throughout. They took the time to explain everything clearly before starting the procedure, which really helped calm any nerves I had. During the extraction, they were attentive and made sure I was comfortable at every stage.Overall, the level of care and efficiency was outstanding. What could have been a stressful experience turned out to be smooth and reassuring. Thank you.Joleneread more

From the moment we arrived, everyone was warm, welcoming, and fantastic with my children. A special thank you to Wendy... on reception, who went above and beyond to make them feel comfortable. She had even bought colouring books and children's crosswords from a local shop to help keep little ones entertained, which was such a thoughtful touch. My youngest was very nervous about visiting the dentist, but the team were incredibly patient, calm, and understanding. They took their time, never made us feel rushed, and made the whole experience as stress-free as possible. It was such a lovely experience from start to finish, and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone, especially families with young children. Thank you to Wendy and the whole team for making what could have been a stressful visit such a positive one.read more

I recently was lucky enough to see Adnan after foolishly having a long absence from visiting the dentist. From the... moment I walked into reception everything was well organised and the staff made me feel at ease and very welcome. Once in my appointment I was treated with respect and had a very friendly, comfortable experience and could not have asked for any more. I can honestly say my dentist journey is now back on track, and I will certainly be returning here for my regular appointments going forward, and would highly recommend the practice. Thank you once again.read more
