Make offer

An offer letter will be drafted and sent to the agent within 2-3 working days. We will also provide proof of funding underpinning our offer.

Agree heads of terms

Heads of terms will be drafted by our lawyers and we’ll pro-actively work with you and your legal advisor to ensure you are happy with these terms.

Due diligence

A&U Dental places emphasis on an efficient and effective due diligence process without any unnecessary delays. Our technical and financial due diligence is carried out only by experts in the dental field.

Sales and purchase agreement

We are nearly there! The Sales and Purchase agreement, a legally binding document, will set out the terms and conditions for the sale including the settlement date. We will work diligently with you and your solicitor to ensure everything outlined is clear and that you are completely satisfied with the terms.

Post completion

We will introduce ourselves to the staff and take the time to understand the existing procedures and systems ensuring the handover is smooth for all involved including the patients.
