We are nearly there! The Sales and Purchase agreement, a legally binding document, will set out the terms and conditions for the sale including the settlement date. We will work diligently with you and your solicitor to ensure everything outlined is clear and that you are completely satisfied with the terms.
We will introduce ourselves to the staff and take the time to understand the existing procedures and systems ensuring the handover is smooth for all involved including the patients.
