I was referred here for a wisdom tooth extraction. I would like to say thank you to both Emma & Sarah for making the... experience as positive as possible. The extraction turned out to be a difficult one and they were amazing at keeping my usual anxious self very calm and talking me through exactly what they were doing. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. They were very friendly and it was clear to see they work well together. If I lived closer I would definitely move dentists!read more

I booked an appointment at The Avenue for a tooth extraction after a failed attempt by my own dentist 2 days ago. I was... really nervous and traumatised after my experience at my dentist because they hadn't numbed me properly. I had an appointment with Emma and she got my tooth out in about 20 seconds. Was completely amazed. No pain at all. Completely numb. I would definitely recommend this dental surgery to anyone who is nervous. All staff from Wendy on reception to Emma in surgery were so reassuring and lovely. Thank you so much for calming me down 😃read more

The appointment was for my mother she's 88yrs and suffers from memory loss. Everyone was kind and helpful during her... time at the surgery and her tooth extraction went well with minimal stress for her. She was in and out within half an hour.read more

I attended the practice today for the 1st time and was very impressed. The professionalism from the Reception Team and... the Clinical team was was very apparant. I’ve always been really nervous about going to the dentist — it’s something I’ve struggled with for years. But from the... moment I stepped into the clinic, I felt completely at ease. Dr. Porter is absolutely amazing. They have such a calm and reassuring presence that made me feel safe and genuinely cared for. Was treated off Stephen Porter for a bridge and from start to finish he was kind, considerate and extremely patient... with a nervous dental patient. Had no pain after the initial procedure and the bridge was fitted in 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this practice if this is the calibre of dentist they have throughout. My teeth started breaking down when I was in school- I had my first root canal at 17ish. I have spent easily 10k... keeping the teeth I have in my mouth in place. I am terrified of the dentist. The folks at this dentist are super great and super nice. They are great. Yes I’m still terrified anytime I’m at the dentist but they are super cool about it and do a good job of helping me take care of my teeth. I see Khadijah Khaled and she is fantastic.read more
