Lisa Taaffe started her career in the dental industry 30 years ago and has a vast knowledge of running successful practices. She progressed very quickly in her career by demonstrating great leadership, a good eye for detail and the passion to succeed and deliver becoming one of only 3 Practice Managers to progress to Area Manager at Bupa Dental.
Along the way, Lisa has transformed many teams and has had the privilege to manage and work alongside her colleagues to deliver superior results. “I am one of the most enthusiastic individuals who is very passionate about my people, I enjoy developing and supporting teams by encouraging people to be the best they can be which gives me an enormous amount of satisfaction.” Achieving great results has been the key to succession in her career. This has been demonstrated through strong leadership, engagement and a desire to succeed.
