Ambareen Tejani-Sharif graduated as a dentist from the University of Leeds in 2011 with Distinction. As a Foundation Dentist, she trained in practice and community dental services, providing dental care for children that suffer from conditions such as autism and epilepsy. Dr Tejani-Sharif found this extremely rewarding and it helped her develop interpersonal skills that were taken into her subsequent Associate role.
After four years of being an Associate at Oasis and an independent practice, she decided to start her own journey by founding A&U Dental with her family. As the Dental Director, Dr Tejani-Sharif is responsible for overseeing the clinical service standards and quality care of each practice under A&U’s ownership. Her role ensures the smooth operation of the practices and she is in direct communication with our managers on decisions regarding recruitment, clinical standards, and equipment.
