Milan graduated as a dentist in 2014 from the University of Manchester. Following his foundation training, Milan undertook a year working in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery as a Dental Core Trainee. He has since worked in numerous dental practices in the North West and the East Midlands in both NHS and private dentistry.
He has undertaken a PG Cert through the Tipton Training Academy in Operative Dentistry in order to further his clinical skills and therefore provide the highest quality of care to his patients.
Currently, he has recently completed a Masters in Public Health. This has allowed him to develop skills and knowledge on the wider picture of delivering better dental care on a community and population level.
As National Clinical Manager, Milan’s responsibilities include overseeing and maintaining high clinical standards of all practices of the group, provide clinical strategy to the group, support clinicians, clinical governance, training and recruitment of clinicians.
