From the moment we arrived, everyone was warm, welcoming, and fantastic with my children. A special thank you to Wendy on reception, who went above and beyond to make them feel comfortable. She had even bought colouring books and children's crosswords from a local shop to help keep little ones entertained, which was such a thoughtful touch.My youngest was very nervous about visiting the dentist, but the team were incredibly patient, calm, and understanding. They took their time, never made us feel rushed, and made the whole experience as stress-free as possible.It was such a lovely experience from start to finish, and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone, especially families with young children. Thank you to Wendy and the whole team for making what could have been a stressful visit such a positive one.

I recently was lucky enough to see Adnan after foolishly having a long absence from visiting the dentist. From the moment I walked into reception everything was well organised and the staff made me feel at ease and very welcome. Once in my appointment I was treated with respect and had a very friendly, comfortable experience and could not have asked for any more. I can honestly say my dentist journey is now back on track, and I will certainly be returning here for my regular appointments going forward, and would highly recommend the practice. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. They are always willing to help with any questions. The dentist Luke is amazing, especially with my children that are currently on the pathway. He is calm, reassuring and patient with them. Going to the dentist with them has been so much easier since we moved to Bredbury dental and started having Luke as our dentist.

I wish to say Thank you, thank you, thank you !!!!Mr Sabear Alikkantavida is one of the best to carry out your root canal treatments. His manor is outstanding enabling you to have confidence in him from start to finish. I know as he carried mine out. He mentioned some persons have fallen asleep during a root canal treatment 😉Well after having my treatment by him, I can truly see why he can say this with such confidence. I plan on relaxing and catching forty winks next time I am in his chair.Thank you so much Mr Alikkantavida. I have convinced in you and also the great reception team as well. Such a wonderful bunch. Will never leave this practice.

Could not recommend this dental practice any more. They are there when you need them. I had complications after wisdom tooth removal at hospital. They created an appointment straight away. Wendy at the front desk had me seen within 2 hours, she went above and beyond to ensure I was looked at. Keep up the good work!

I met Llion Hughes today and was very impressed I must say! I had a filling without anaesthetic and he was so gentle, kind and professional and kept me informed at each step.It looked (and felt)amazing when he'd finished.He was so friendly and welcoming too. Definitely a 5 star service!

I had a really great experience with Llion my dentist. He takes his time to explain everything clearly and makes sure I fully understand what’s going on and what my options are. I never feel rushed during my appointments, and he is very patient and understanding. He truly cares about his patients’ comfort and well-being. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate dentist!

Was recommended to this practice as a nervous patient. Called and registered as a private patient and was assigned to Dr Adnan Hussain who has experience of looking after the nervous! I was made to feel at ease and that my worries were normal, understandable and not silly! Signed up to a dental plan so see a hygienist every 3 months and the dentist every 6 months. I have even started on the invisalign journey, something I never thought I would do. I would 100% recommend Bredbury Dental Care.

I attended today for the 1st time and having not been to a dentist for some time I was checked thoroughly and given details of the treatment needed. I was also given details of a payment plan to help with future treatment. The reception team were very professional and Philip was very considerate and didn’t judge me seeing that I hadn’t been for a long time.

I’m so glad that I’ve recently registered with this dental practice (the last one I was registered with was awful). After reading lots of good reviews about Dr Phil Jackson, I decided to see him as a private patient. He was warm, approachable and thorough in all my appointments with him. He was able to offer me an appointment in short notice and clearly very good at what he does. I think trusting your healthcare professionals is so important and finding a good and reliable dentist is so hard. I’m pleased that I’ve found him.

My dentist, Zara is kind and reassuring which is good for me because I previously had a phobia of dentists. She was patient and explained the treatment and answered all my questions. Adnan really IS an elite care provider.Great dental practice overall, very caring and understanding staff. I am adult with autism and I am a very nervous dental patient. This is the only dentist I have ever returned to willingly for repeat visits.In fact I hadn't seen a dentist for anything over than an emergency appointment for well over a decade before coming here. I've had multiple deep fillings at this practice and simply not felt a thing. Saw the hygienist today, another appointment where I was put at ease as much as possible.First time I've ever been a private patient at a practice too and I'd say it's absolutely worth it.

I had 4 crowns fitted on Friday by Stef. I couldn't be happier with the result. During both the preparation and fitting appointments I was updated to what was happening and helped to stay calm by Stef and the dental nurses . Having these crowns fitted has given me so much more confidence having pictures taken especially with my grandchildrenI am absolutely over the moon. Superb experience today which started with Wendy (appointments manager) going the extra mile to get my check up and hygienist appointments together through cancellations saving me time and effort and avoiding a wait . Wendy was friendly, proactive (ringing back and forth between patients to optimise the slots) and helpful. Then my dental appointment was very friendly and professional followed by a really knowledgeable and good humoured hygienist session. I felt valued and was impressed with all the staff.

Had an emergency appointment. With a cracked tooth, and in pain.On arrival I was greeted by Wendy one of the receptionist she was amazing, extremely helpful lovely and caring. ( thank you Wendy ) . I'd like my point of excessive heat in the reception/waiting area noted. Temperatures like this are unhealthy and unnecessary. Staff can wear extra layers if required. Please save energy and consider the comfort of attendees.

Very good practice.. Mr Jackson, one of the dentists, is brilliant, understanding and very good with nervous patients like myself. The hygienist is very good albeit a little abrupt, but that is not a complaint, just an observation. Although they don't cover NHS dentistry, they will take a child on under the NHS so long as you are on their payment plan for yourself. I would highly recommend

The staff on the front desk were welcoming friendly and helpful . Zara Altaf was my dentist and she was thorough and professional in her approach . Zara read my notes and questioned me about my medication and covid vaccines. My fillings were done pain free and overall I left the surgery with a positive feeling about the future having discussed my next phase of treatment.

I had one of my back teeth extracted today. It was my first time having that done (and hopefully the last), and I was quite nervous.Whilst it wasn't a pleasant experience, it was made as easy and painless as possible.I was constantly reassured, which eased my nerves and helped me feel calm.All the staff are friendly and very professional, and overall it's quite a warm welcoming place! 🙂

Phil Jackson is excellent. Friendly, makes you feel at ease and is reassuring as I’m an anxious patient! I’ve had to have a filling, a crown and an extraction since I’ve been with this practice (things happen in threes after years of very little intervention) and I’ve been fine. I love the calming tropical fish tank screens!

Always dreaded the dentist, put the fear in me every time I had to go. Had three teeth out today and was really worried about going, but I have to say it was a brilliant experience and was made to feel at ease, the whole process was fantastic from start to finish.Very professional attitude and I wasn't rushed out the door when we finished had a chat with the dentist about how good he was and how relaxed the whole process was. Came here today for an emergency appointment. Severe toothache after a week of suffering. The practice was very inviting. A lovely warm welcome and a clean waiting room, made me feel a little better. Fully recommend this dental surgery. My son (age 9) had to have a baby tooth out thay hadn't fallen out on its own. My experience with Bredbury Dental was great from start to finish. I couldn't be happier with the results of my treatment. Adnan is fantastic at what he does and the dental nurses and receptionists are so friendly and helpful.

This is mine and my sons dental practice and as the per the other reviews all the staff are really helpful and friendly. Our dentist Bart always greets us with a smile and makes jokes with my little boy to put him at ease. Clare my hygienist is fab and gives me tips and direction on how best to care for my teeth.

I can’t recommend this dental practice enough. The reception staff are so friendly and welcoming and the two dentist I have had interaction with have been second to none. If you have worries about going to the dentist they go above and beyond to put you at ease. The practice is very clean and up to date, it is comfortable and roomy I literally can’t fault any of it. I have registered as a patient after taking my son here because I was so impressed and I have no complaints everyone is lovely.

I had lost a crown at noon and the practice fitted me in to reinstall it 3 hours later. That's great service and the young dentist that treated me was very professional and extremely charming. A wonderful dental centre.

Every single member of staff at the practice is welcoming, friendly and professional. I moved to Bredbury Dental Practice six months ago and in the three visits that I have had since the move I have had nothing but a great experience. Would definitely recommend, thank you to all the staff at the practice.

I have been visiting this dental practice for many years now. The staff are always friendly, polite and helpful and the waiting area and surgery is always calming, clean and tidy. I am a nervous patient as I do have problems with my teeth but the dentist ( Katherine) has always managed to help ease any fears. I am always made fully aware of any treatments needed and everything being done is explained. Any questions I have regarding treatments or possible future problems with my teeth are always answered. My children also go here and have done since they got their first teeth. Highly recommend.

Always met with a smile from the dentist and the nurses. The girls on reception go out of their way to help and are always friendly and pleasant.. The atmosphere seems to have changed, everyone seems to be more relaxed since the refurb, I don't know if its just me.

This has to be the best Dentist in the area. I have had all my teeth straightened with Invisalign and they look amazing seeing I am nearly 60.

I have been coming to Bredbury dental for the past couple of years and had really good experiences here, I recently brought my 11 month old for her first check up and the dentist was amazing with her. The reception staff are lovely too.

I am classed as a very nervous and anxious patient due to past experience at other practices and recently I now have a spinal disability, which doesn’t help!!!I have attended the Bredbury Dental Centre for many years and I would highly recommend and thank Dr Stephanie D’Souza and her team for the help and caring support they give me.I have had many types of treatments, crowns, fillings, teeth taken out and with regular check ups I was able to put my teeth right over a period of time with the help and support of Steph and her understanding and patience. She is the most kindest and caring dentist I have had the pleasure of having and she truly helps to make me feel relaxed and I can’t thank you enough.The Bredbury Dentists and the lovely receptionist team care for everyone and they all ensures no matter how you feel etc they care for you and always find a way to help you.Thank you 😊 I would highly recommend this centre to anyone.

Cannot thank Matt and the team for giving my mum back her confidence. She hasn’t been to a dentist in over 40 years and to say she was terrified is an understatement. She needed 7 teeth removed and dentures making, Matt is by far the kindest most talented man ever, thank you again Matt xx

I have been on Bredbury Dental Practice's books for a long time now. Always been happy, always had good dentists. Been a patient of Steph de Souza? (probably misspelled) for the last few years, friendly, helpful, pragmatic and careful and sensitive when going about her work. Would recommend to anybody. That's about it.

I had a consultation with Dr Adnan Hussain with a view to improving my teeth cosmetically, my top teeth were square,flat and had a large gap between the front two teeth.Following consultation with Dr Adnan we agreed that the way forward would be composite bonding.I completed a two week whitening process and Dr Adnan listened to my thought's on the desired effect.Dr Adnan is a perfectionist, continously checking on the look and symmetry of the teeth as he worked.After two hours of pain free treatment the big reveal.I am delighted with the result and feel happy to smile again.I highly recommend Dr Adnan.

When I say I am terrified of Dentist would be an understatement. I had such bad experiences in the past from other Dental Practices that it made me feel physically sick the thought of going.Today I saw Phil Jackson. I had explained how I felt and he was amazing. He made me feel so calm.During my treatment he was very reassuring and very gentle.I am so glad I took that step and now will not feel afraid again.Thank you so much

I had an appointment this morning for some dental treatment at Bredbury Dental Practice and I was welcomed into the surgery by Kat (Dentist) and Paige (Dental nurse).. Both were very courteous and professional putting me at ease. All of the treatment was explained to me and I was treated very well by both. I could not be more happier and I would highly recommend this Dental practice. 5 star rating ! Thank you !

I was so nervous today. Visiting the dentist is never easy but I was put totally at ease. I had two teeth extracted and dentures fitted at the same time. They look very natural. I cannot fault this dental practice. Very friendly staff who make sure to put you at ease. A 'high five' from me!

I have always been very anxious about going to the dentist. However, the staff there are very caring, patient and understanding which means my anxiety no longer exists. Even though there are still restrictions in place the service is still first class. The outcome of my appointments has been fantastic and I would definitely recommend them.
